1. Turbos Core Return/Refund Policy
Cores must be returned within 30 days for full core refund of $300, if returned from 31 days to 90 days you will get $200 refund, after than core refund will be at MMP discretion, please contact MMP first for approval and if approved (which usually happens) will be at the $200 level. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Only manifold turbine housings need to be sent (a set including a front and rear), customer can keep the rest of the turbo parts. The box must have a paper inside the box requesting the core refund and clearly noting the order number, without this paper inside, MMP won’t know who returned it and for which order and can’t do a refund.
2. Cancellation Costs
If you order has been customized in any way cancelation cost prior to shipping is 15%. If the order is not customized then cancellation and refund is free.
of you put a down payment on a group buy or special, the downpayment is non refundable as it's committed to the group buy production.
3. Return Policy
If your order has shipped, the return and restocking fee is 15%. Customer must pay for return shipping. Shipping from when the product was sent out is not refunded as that cost has been spent and is unrecoverable. Returns are only allowed for 14 days from post marked day, after that only store credit can be allowed at my discretion, not guaranteed.
4. Warranty Policy
MMP offers a limited warranty on all products that covers manufacturer’s defects only and not any other costs associated with install or anything else that is not just manufacturers defect on the product itself. All products come with a 90 day limited warranty except turbochargers covers with a 1 year limited warranty that covers manufacturers defect only. You can buy a 2yr limited warranty for the turbochargers when you purchase the WPC bearing option. Warranty claims must be submitted directly via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with clear and concise information about the failure and must be accompanied by pictures and also an order number is required. If you post publically on forums or social media about the failure and talk negatively about MMP without giving me a chance to fix the issue for you, then I reserve the right to void the warranty and not provide service depending on the severity and negativity of the public posts. The warranty does not cover failures caused by other sub systems in your car or poor maintenance or fluids used. The warranty does not cover return shipping.
The warranty process is as follows. Send MMP a detailed email with pictures to get it approved and get an RMA#. Ship the product back. The product and failure is verified. Root cause of failure is determined, if the root cause was not having to do with manufacturers defect then the repairs won’t be covered under warranty. A detailed email with pictures will be sent to the customer identifying the root cause of the failure. If qualifying for warranty repair, the product is fixed and shipped back or new product is provided as a replacement and shipped back.
The warranty period start from the day the product delivers to you. If a product is fixed or replaced under warranty, the warranty period does not reset.
warranty is non-transferable unless approved by MMP.
